Data collected

Through the demo request form we collect: name, company, role, email, phone (optional) and the content of the message. Data is provided voluntarily and processed only with explicit consent.

Purpose and legal basis

Data is processed exclusively to respond to the demo or contact request (art. 6.1.b and 6.1.a GDPR). It is never sold or passed to third parties for marketing purposes.

Recipients and processors

Form submissions are delivered by email through Resend Inc. (our email-delivery processor, based in the United States; the transfer relies on the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses). No other recipient receives the data.

Retention

Data is kept for the time needed to handle the request and to meet any legal obligations, and in any case no longer than 24 months from the last contact.

Your rights

At any time you can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing and data portability by writing to info@paperfitai.com. You can also lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante).
